[Plasma-polymerisation]

Plasma-polymerisation is a patented process used on the finned aluminium heat exchanger tubes of the Buderus GB162 wall hung, commercial condensing boiler. The process that is not a paint or coating that can be easily scratched off, but is bonded into the surface of the aluminum.

The surface of the heat exchanger is so smooth that no deposits can adhere to it. The heat exchanger effectively stays clean. The extremely high efficiency is maintained and there is no need for mechanical cleaning. When it is time to service the boiler, the heat exchanger can be simply flushed through.
