Your Buderus boiler comes with a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee. Register your guarantee within 30 days of your boiler’s installation and you will receive a 2nd year’s guarantee FREE. The high quality primary heat exchanger in your Buderus boiler comes with a 5 year guarantee as standard. If your boiler is supplied by Buderus complete with a Pressure Jet Burner, the burner has a one year manufacturer’s warranty. A second year warranty is provided if this burner is then commissioned by Buderus and operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you need a repair
If you have any problems with your new boiler during the manufacturer’s guarantee period, in the first instance please contact your installer to ensure it is a boiler fault. If the fault is with the appliance, please call 01905 752794.
